Cecilia A. Angat is a senior accounting and audit services manager at DZH Phillips. She has more than 12 years of experience in both the public and private sectors, and offers a full range of audit, review, compilation and tax services to clients in the nonprofit area, investment partnerships, and other closely held businesses. Cecilia also has experience in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning in the post-secondary education industry.

Prior to the formation of DZH Phillips, Cecilia was with Wilson, McCall & Daoro, and subsequently joined Daoro Zydel & Holland.

Education

Cecilia received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from California State University Hayward.

Associations

Cecilia is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.  She is also a board member of St. Patrick School in Rodeo, California.
